CCTV is in operation in our studio to safe guard our teachers safety as well as your own.

All of our staff have Full DBS Enchanced Disclosures for working with children under the age of 16.

Lessons:

All Lessons are booked in monthly, in advance.

Please arrive on time, if you are late your lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

Fees:

All New Clients - Lessons are paid for monthly, in advance.

Cash & Bacs payments are accepted.

(Pay as you go is available for clients that are already registered with us).

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations that cannot be re arranged with no loss inquired to us, the full lesson fee will be charged.

(Medical Emergenies/Bereavement will not be charged).

Teacher Cancellation:

In the event a teacher needs to cancel a lesson you will be fully refunded & not be charged.

Privacy Safeguarding Information Notice:

This notice is designed to safeguard data privacy. Please be aware that you entered into a contract between yourself and The LT Academy. In order to fulfil this contractual obligation The LT ACADEMY will need to gather relevant data. In accordance with GDPR requirements please be assured that only necessary data will be collected to enable the fulfilment of the contract.

This incudes your name, address, telephone number and email address. To enable effective communicaton regarding the lessons purchased.

Your data will not be used for any other reason unless permission is expressly granted. You may withdraw consent and cease the processing at any stage. Please be assured that your data will then be erased unless express permisson to retain that data for another purpose is then given or has already been given on a previous ocassion. Please be aware however that data stored on an invoices will be retained securely to fufill HMRC regulations.
